About Me

My Journey

In my 20’s I found myself over 100 pounds overweight and struggling with my overall well-being. I was trapped in a cycle of poor health, chronic anger, and disconnection from myself. More than just physical discomfort, I realized that I wasn’t the kind of wife and mother I wanted to be. I wasn’t living up to my own expectations of who I wanted to be. This realization was a turning point for me, and I knew I had to make a change. Everything began to change when I discovered yoga. What started as a curious exploration soon became a cornerstone of my transformation. As I practiced yoga, I not only lost weight but also experienced profound improvements in my physical and mental health. The anger that had long been a part of my life began to dissipate, and I started to feel a renewed sense of peace and clarity. Through yoga, I learned to listen to my body and notice how different foods affected me. This awareness led me to make significant changes in my diet, which in turn further enhanced my overall well-being.
